Account Deletion Policy

You can request permanent deletion of your HSCIT account directly within the app at any time.

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

What Data Is Deleted

• Firebase authentication account
• User profile information
• Test results and mock exam history
• Associated database records

14-Day Deletion Period

Once account deletion is requested, your account will enter a 14-day deletion period. During these 14 days, you can cancel the deletion request and restore your account. After 14 days, the account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Important

If you change your mind during the 14-day period, you can cancel the deletion request from within the app and continue using your account.
